The pros, the cons, and everything between
The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. Clean accommodations and a nice Bistro with tasty meals added a great touch to the stay! !
The pool has been closed for maintenance for over two years and lacked complimentary breakfast, which is disappointing, even if understandable.

The shuttle driver was incredibly helpful, even stepping in to assist with check-in and room cleaning during my stay.
I was disappointed to find that the pool has been out of service for over two years, which was one of the main reasons for my stay.

Big hype, little substance
Though I enjoyed the friendly staff and the clean, comfortable rooms, my experience was marred by the long-standing closure of the indoor pool and lack of complimentary breakfast. While the Bistro served tasty meals, it felt like there was much more potential that remained untapped during my stay.

great stay with room for improvement
I had a fantastic experience with the staff, who were incredibly helpful and made my family feel welcome throughout the stay. The clean and spacious King Room with Sofa Bed provided comfort during our trip. The Bistro area offered delicious food making it a great spot to grab a meal. Additionally, I enjoyed the cozy outdoor fire pit, perfect for unwinding in the evenings.
However, the indoor pool being closed for maintenance was disappointing.

It was just a strong match for a quick break in Greensboro and great for the money. The small gym was pretty crowded, but it had some decent equipment that got the job done. Try to avoid breakfast rush hours to skip the wait.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is super convenient, especially with the Greensboro Aquatic Center nearby that my kids loved. The Bistro had tasty meals that hit the spot after our long days exploring. The staff were genuinely friendly, always making us feel welcome.
My wife says that the pool closure was a downer for the kids. It would be great if indoor activities were offered for families.

The location is perfect for hitting up the Greensboro Aquatic Center and exploring other local attractions. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was spacious. Definitely recommend checking out the Bistro for good meals. Just keep in mind that there’s no complimentary breakfast or microwave in the room.
My only complaint was about the staff uniforms. they seemed a bit unprofessional, which took away from the overall experience.

The outside fire pit is a perfect spot to relax after a busy day, and the clean, comfortable rooms contributed to a restful stay. However, the lack of an indoor pool, which has been out of service for over two years, was a disappointment. Additionally, it was puzzling that no complimentary coffee or breakfast options were available. The friendly, helpful staff made the overall experience enjoyable, but improvements in cleanliness and service uniforms would enhance the stay.
